Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Director to serve as the primary client contact on EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution teams and to translate client needs into actionable work streams. You will mentor staff, manage day-to-day problem solving, and drive business development with partners on new opportunities and pitches.

You will work on a range of client issues, including long-term strategy, potential acquisitions, and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance and extensive related work experience, or an MBA with relevant post-graduate experience.
• Strong strategic problem-solving and quantitative skills for due diligence and market analysis.
• Experience leading teams on complex engagements and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact on EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution teams.
• Translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables; mentor and develop staff.
• Lead and manage day-to-day problem-solving and analytical activities within projects.
• Support business growth by collaborating on new opportunities, pitches, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
