Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Director in Deal Management - Health to lead high-impact transaction strategy, execution and partnership development across health care clients. You will work with health systems, payers and providers, guiding complex multi-stakeholder engagements through the M&A lifecycle, while leveraging EY’s broad services and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years consulting experience.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• Significant health care industry knowledge.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions in health care preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading and managing in complex environments.
• Willingness to travel and accommodate client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects focused on transaction strategy, execution and partnership development in the Health sector.
• Coordinate with health systems, payers, provider organizations and governments on M&A related work.
• Develop experience across the M&A lifecycle including pre-sign, sign-to-close and post-closing.
• Facilitate conversations with senior executives and boards to drive outcomes.
• Support business development through pursuits and client meetings.
