Job summary
EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology Health practice seeks a Senior Director to lead technology-driven healthcare engagements, optimizing cost and accelerating growth through IT-driven initiatives. You will guide C-suite and PE clients, shaping enterprise technology platforms and value creation in complex transactions.
You will manage IT integration/ separation, risk mitigation, and digital transformation programs with a focus on healthcare.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 8 years of experience; or graduate degree with ~7 years of experience.
- Healthcare professional services or health tech IT strategy/digital transformation/transaction advisory experience.
- IT certifications like TOGAF/CSM/ITIL are highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead value-creation technology projects spanning cost optimization and growth enablement.
- Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business impact.
- Apply AI, cloud, data analytics to drive healthcare technology strategies and revenue opportunities.
