EY-Parthenon’s Deal Management – Health practice is seeking a Director to lead transaction strategy, execution and partnership development in healthcare. You will work with health systems, payers and providers, guiding pre-sign to post-closing activities and collaborating with client executives and boards to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring significant health-care M&A experience, strong analytics, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree as described or graduate degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
• MBA or MHA preferred with significant consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of health care industry and M&A transactions.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead transaction strategy, execution and partnership development within the Health sector.
• Work with health systems, payers and provider organizations on organic and inorganic initiatives.
• Develop experience across the M&A lifecycle: pre-sign, sign-to-close, post-closing.
• Facilitate discussions with boards, executives and client teams during transactions.
