Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, operations or related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare operations, workforce management, or operational excellence.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multi-site environments with distributed field teams.
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations; urgent care or ambulatory care preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results via data-driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong project governance, change management, and workforce analytics.
