CVS Health in Hartford is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model within the Network team. The role drives strategic planning, alignment with executive leadership, and end-to-end project delivery across national scopes and multiple segments.

The position requires exceptional leadership, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize provider experience and network performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years in healthcare
• Minimum 5 years in project management
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact executive presentations

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality executive presentations to support decision-making.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate with partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes.
• Deliver data-driven reports and insights to leadership highlighting status and metrics.
