Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive leadership directing complex enterprise programs, operations, or workforce management.
• Expert knowledge of organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and change management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of timekeeping, payroll operations and pay practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and governance for Health Timekeeping Services.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll, scheduling, and related workforce management processes.
• Partner with executive leaders across HR, Finance, and IT to address pay practices and system needs.
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive advisory on workforce strategy and organizational performance.
