The role partners with executive leadership, HR, Finance, and Information Services to optimize payroll accuracy, scheduling, and system performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
• Seven or more years of leadership experience directing complex enterprise programs and payroll operations.
• Expert knowledge of organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and program leadership.

• Provides strategic direction for Health Timekeeping Services and establishes governance and performance expectations.
• Oversees timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, premiums, accruals, and payroll processes across a 24/7 healthcare environment.
• Advises executive leadership on workforce strategy, risk management, and evolving business needs.
• Leads enterprise workforce management platform governance, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Ensures alignment across timekeeping, payroll, HR, Finance, and IT for service delivery.
