Job summary

Publicis Health Media in Philadelphia is seeking a Director of Strategy to lead the daily management of client needs and drive the strategy team’s day-to-day work. You will report to the Director or VP of Strategy and oversee multiple accounts with accountability for deliverables and outcomes.

You will manage a team, provide feedback on media strategies and timelines, and help shape clients’ marketing priorities while ensuring alignment with agency goals and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years media planning experience.
• 2+ years recent HCP Media Strategy Experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• 2+ year of cross-channel media planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the critical client leads overseeing the media strategy.
• Possess in-depth understanding of the role of media channels in a plan.
• Develop expertise in different media research tools.
• Support the VP, Strategy and other senior leaders in planning.
• Manage a team of direct and indirect reports: onboarding, performance management, training, workload delegation, coaching.
• Oversee multiple accounts: accountability for deliverables, provide feedback on strategies and timelines, shape client marketing priorities, build client relationships, oversee overall media strategy and budget rationale, represent other capability teams.
