Job summary

PHM, the leading health media agency, seeks a Director of Strategy to manage daily client needs and lead the Strategy team. You will report to the Director or VP of Strategy and drive the overall media plan for healthcare brands.

You will oversee client relationships, guide media channel mix and initial budgeting, and collaborate with other capability leaders to ensure strategic alignment and continuous improvement across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of media planning experience.
• 2+ years of HCP media strategy experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of cross-channel media planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the media strategy for client accounts as a primary client lead.
• Understand the role of media channels in a plan and guide implementation.
• Support senior leaders and mentor the Strategy team.
• Manage a team of direct and indirect reports across onboarding, performance, and training.
• Lead multiple accounts with accountability for deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to align deliverables with client needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in new business efforts.
