Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Atlanta/US markets seeks a Senior Director for Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology Health. You’ll lead technology-driven value creation across healthcare transactions, advising C‑suite and PE clients on AI, data analytics, cloud, and integration platforms.

Expect 60% in-person work at client sites or EY offices, delivering cost optimization and revenue growth through tech-enabled strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, analytics or related field with 8+ years of experience or a graduate degree with ~7 years.
• Experience in healthcare professional services or health tech IT strategy and digital transformation.
• Expertise in enterprise and integration architectures for clinical and revenue cycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-creation technology projects spanning cost optimization and growth enablement.
• Guide clients through IT-focused strategies to improve operations and revenue.
• Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across EY-Parthenon teams.
• Apply AI, cloud, data analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
• Balance efficiency with innovation and drive tech-enabled growth in deals.
