Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a premier strategy and execution advisory, seeks a Senior Director to lead health-focused deal technology programs. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, craft technology-enabled strategies for healthcare providers and payers, and drive cost optimization and top-line growth through enterprise IT transformations.

You will collaborate with C-suite and PE clients, shaping and executing technology-driven initiatives across mergers, carve-outs, and large-scale IT separations, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, BI/Analytics or related field with 8+ years of experience; or graduate degree with ~7+ years.
• Healthcare IT/health tech, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare IT platforms (Epic/Cerner) and enterprise architecture for clinical/revenue cycle platforms.
• Certifications in TOGAF®, Agile Scrum (CSM) or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-creation technology projects spanning cost optimization and growth enablement.
• Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable impact.
• Apply AI, cloud, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.
• Balance efficiency with innovation in technology transformations and strategy mobilization.
