EY-Parthenon in the US seeks a Senior Director for Strategy & Execution, Deal Technology – Health. You will lead value-creation technology projects that span cost optimization and top-line growth across complex transactions and enterprise transformations.

You will work with C-suite executives, private equity clients and IT leadership to identify, plan, and execute healthcare technology-driven strategies that deliver measurable value through digital enablement and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Analytics or related field with 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in healthcare professional services or health tech, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory.
• Hands-on implementation experience of major acute EHR platforms (Epic or Cerner) and/or ambulatory platforms.
• Enterprise architecture for clinical and revenue cycle platforms with integration engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Mirth Connect, Boomi).
• Software-centric environments (SaaS, cloud native, API ecosystems) and modern back-office platforms.
• Knowledge of IT cost structures, mergers & acquisitions context, and tech-driven growth initiatives.
• Leadership and client-facing skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions and applying AI, cloud, and data analytics for measurable impact.
• Balance efficiency with innovation and contribute to chase of strategic IT transformations in healthcare.
