Job summary

EY-Parthenon – Strategy & Execution Deal Technology Health seeks a Director to lead IT-driven health care technology engagement with C-suite and PE clients. You will shape value through enterprise IT platforms, AI enablement, and cost optimization in complex transactions.

You will collaborate across EY-Parthenon teams on separation and integration plans, technology transformations, and org changes to drive measurable business impact and value creation for healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and ~3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in a healthcare professional services firm or health technology company, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory.
• Expertise in IT cost optimization and tech-driven growth initiatives, including AI and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-creation technology projects spanning cost optimization and growth enablement.
• Guide clients through IT-focused strategies to enhance operational efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Advise senior stakeholders, collaborate across functions, and apply emerging technologies to deliver measurable business impact.
• Balance efficiency with innovation in technology-driven growth initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs.
