Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US is seeking a Senior Director for Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology (Health). You will lead high-impact technology engagements, partnering with C-suite and private equity to deliver cost optimization and revenue growth through IT strategy and analytics.

You will oversee advisory services on enterprise technology platforms, AI enablement, and post-merger IT transformations, guiding teams and client stakeholders to successful outcomes in healthcare transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, Analytics or related field with 8 years of related experience, or graduate degree with ~7 years.
• Healthcare IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory experience.
• Expertise in EHR platforms, enterprise architecture, cloud and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-creation technology projects spanning cost optimization and growth enablement in health tech.
• Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business impact.
• Balance efficiency with innovation and drive technology-enabled growth across deals.
