UKG is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and operations across GTM platforms. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Renewals, Finance, Product, and other tech teams to modernize systems that support the customer and revenue lifecycle.

The Senior Director will guide a portfolio including Salesforce, Clari, and Eloqua, driving AI-enabled experiences and platform governance across a global organization.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive leadership across GTM platforms, sales engagement, customer experience, or marketing apps in enterprise SaaS/tech.
• Experience leading in a global/matrixed organization with cross-functional influence across geographies.
• Strong operational and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Set engineering strategy and multi-year GTM platform roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead platform design, development, integrations, automation, data quality, security, and operations.
• Translate business needs to clear requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Modernize lead-to-cash experiences including demand, pipeline, forecasting, pricing, quoting, approvals, contracting, and renewals.
• Establish platform standards and governance for reliability, security, and data consistency.
