We are seeking a seasoned People Business Partner Leader to support Gong's global GTM (Go-To-Market) organization. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will drive business results through organizational design, talent management strategy, and leadership coaching, while stewarding Gong’s culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our CRO and Senior Revenue Leadership team to help them and their teams deliver their best work daily.
• Develop and implement the GTM people strategy aligned with business and People team priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and enhance people solutions for GTM teams.
• Lead planning and execution of company-wide HR initiatives, including employee surveys and talent management programs.
• Identify root causes of complex issues and design quick, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior HR leadership roles with experience in succession planning, organizational design, coaching, recognition programs, talent management, communication, and change management.
• 4+ years managing HR professionals.
• Proven experience leading transformational change globally.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to influence talent outcomes.
• Experience supporting hyper-growth revenue teams with an #ActNow mentality.
• Skilled in building organizational and talent plans for current and future needs.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of coaching, influencing, and partnering across all levels, especially leadership.
• Functional HR expertise, leadership presence, and experience managing employee engagement, relations, compensation, and cross-COE partnerships.
• Experience with org design, onboarding, career development, performance management, and managing sensitive employee situations.
• Supportive of inclusive, high-performing teams, building trust with senior leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $243,000 - $270,000 USD, based on experience, skills, education, and location. Compensation may include base salary, incentives, bonus, equity, and benefits, with potential for above-target earnings for exceeding sales goals.
