Ethos, a leading life insurance technology company, seeks a Senior Director of GTM Finance & Strategy to own financial planning and performance for the GTM business. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to optimize unit economics, profitability, and new business evaluation.

This data-driven leader interfaces with Corp Dev and BizDev and will translate insights into strategic decisions while helping scale a fast-growing fintech with broad executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or strategy roles.
• Experience with GTM modeling, user acquisition, and profitability analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business.
• Drive efforts to launch new insurance products or partnerships.
• Analyze unit economics, CAC, and lifetime value to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to improve growth speed.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics and communicate findings.
