Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Director of GTM Enablement to join the Employee Experience BU. You will define and own enablement strategy across the GTM ecosystem, partnering with GTM leadership to equip employees with knowledge and resources to promote and sell EmployeeWorks.

You will lead enablement managers, drive scalable instructional strategies, and collaborate with regional teams. Expect a high-growth, executive-facing role shaping company-wide learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience in building global enablement programs and managing global sales enablement teams, including enterprise field enablement across all sellers.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for executives; ability to garner support for new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the GTM ecosystem enablement strategy with GTM leadership.
• Lead a team of enablement managers responsible for tailored programs across the GTM ecosystem.
• Design on-demand content, in-person training, and enablement assets for sales and presales.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and other stakeholders to align enablement initiatives.
• Measure program impact with clear metrics and continuous improvement.
