Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, a prestigious global franchise, is seeking a Senior Director, Growth to drive strategic growth and retention across our nationwide network of over 150 affiliates. This role focuses on delivering exceptional brand value, leading high-impact projects, and developing growth strategies in collaboration with leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, executive presence, and strong relationship-building skills to foster growth and manage key negotiations, including franchise renewals and seller strategies. This position is 100% remote, with travel up to 25% required.

Responsibilities

• Lead affiliate growth and retention initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth, recruiting, mergers & acquisitions, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage complex negotiations for franchise renewals and acquisitions.
• Develop reporting and maintain relationships with affiliates to ensure ongoing success.
• Lead and develop a team of senior growth professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate brokerage operations and strategic planning; 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Proven leadership in remote team environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Reside near a major airport with ability to travel up to 25%.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and project management systems.
