Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, a prestigious global real estate franchise, is seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Senior Director, Growth. This position is crucial for driving the strategic growth and retention of our nationwide network of over 150 affiliates, ensuring the delivery of world-class brand value customer experiences, and leading high-impact projects and processes. The Senior Director will work closely with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, drive key customer renewals, promote the Anywhere Winning Behaviors throughout the network, and lead a high-performing team of Senior Growth Consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic vision, executive presence, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive growth.

This position will also lead all franchise renewals (approximately 15/year) and seller strategy (approximately 10/year), assisting companies interested in selling or acquiring other companies.

This role is 100% remote and requires travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership in Growth: Spearhead affiliate growth and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for organic growth, recruiting, mergers & acquisitions, and operational efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate influence management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Anticipate and address leadership needs, ensuring seamless operations and strategic foresight.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and tracking for all growth and renewal activities, maintaining strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Lead a team of senior growth professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Renewals & Seller Strategy: Negotiate and secure key franchise renewals, manage renewal efforts for companies interested in selling or acquiring, and oversee related budget and strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Franchise Sales team on acquisition and conversion opportunities.
  • Manage VIP experiences for renewing or selling companies to engage with brand offerings.
  • Executive Presence & Brand Leadership: Exhibit strong executive presence, present confidently at events, and align brand objectives with affiliate goals.
  • Drive participation in brand events, training, and initiatives; travel as needed.
  • Analytical and Technical Expertise: Leverage data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to translate complex data into strategic insights.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in real estate brokerage operations and strategic planning, with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, data-driven mindset, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership in remote environments, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Reside near a major airport with ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and web-based programs.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
