Vertex is seeking a Senior Director, Government Pricing to lead the Government Pricing and Transparency team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with Vertex priorities. You will supervise Operations, Compliance, and State Price Transparency, collaborating with broader teams across Legal, Finance, and Regulatory functions.

The role requires deep knowledge of US payer landscapes, complex pricing calculations, and governance across cross-functional initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience forecasting, modeling and estimating financial impacts to GTN.
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and public policy developments.
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Government Pricing calculations, methodologies and reporting obligations.
• Oversee AMP, BP, ASP, 340B calculations and compliance.
• Perform analytics and scenario planning for Medicaid, Medicare and 340B impact.
• Collaborate on contract development and ensure rebates align with terms.
• Oversee state price transparency reporting and regulatory changes.
