Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary products and services including legal, tax and regulatory requirements.
• 7 years of relevant experience in trust business, corporate fiduciary or law firm.
• Solid client relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues and coordinate delivery of services.
• Make recommendations regarding discretionary powers exercised as trustee.
• Oversee investment decisions ensuring alignment with guidelines and fiduciary law.
• Address questions from beneficiaries, co-trustees and advisors.
• Develop relationships with beneficiaries and advisors to meet grantor's purposes and beneficiary needs.
• Cross-sell JPM products/services and maintain strategies for increasing business with current clients.
