Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Estate Officer within Global Trusts & Estates, VP level, to oversee administration of estates and includable trusts.

You will review wills, coordinate tax issues, and guide investment decisions while maintaining strong relationships with beneficiaries, co-executors, and advisors. Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary products and services and regulatory requirements.
• 7+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates, at a corporate fiduciary or law firm.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of trust and estate taxation and post-mortem planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wills and trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues and coordinate services.
• Oversee discretionary powers as executor or trustee and advise on investment objectives.
• Collaborate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Manage beneficiary inquiries and maintain up-to-date beneficiary information.
• Develop and deepen client relationships with advisors and families; train Estate Administrators.

Education

Bachelor's degree

MBA or J.D. (preferred)
