Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Relevant years of experience in the trust and estates industry.
• Experience in administration and support of trust and estates including fiduciary products, legal, tax and investments knowledge.
• Client servicing and proactive communication.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Open estate or trust accounts with the Account Opening Group.
• Interpret governing instruments and ensure proper set-up of records including tax records.
• Analyze wills and trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues.
• Manage day-to-day administration and client relationships to minimize issues.
• Collaborate with tax officers and counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Maintain beneficiary information and support fiduciary duties.
