JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Junior Trust Officer VP within Wealth Management Solutions, Trust & Estates. You will oversee trust administration, analyze documents for legal, tax and investment issues, and build relationships with beneficiaries and advisors.

You will partner with Wealth Advisors for new trust business and cross-sell JPMorgan products/services. This role supports the Global Trusts & Estates Practice, leveraging our 170+ years of fiduciary experience to deliver superior

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required in finance, law, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Trust business preferred, at a corporate fiduciary or law firm.
• Knowledge of fiduciary products, tax and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Analyze trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues and coordinate delivery of services.
• Make recommendations regarding how the Bank shall exercise discretionary powers it has as trustee.
• Oversee investment decisions, ensuring alignment with fiduciary guidelines and applicable law.
• Work with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Address questions raised by beneficiaries, co-trustees and their advisors.
• Work in a team-based environment and maintain current information on beneficiaries.
• Partner with Wealth Advisors with respect to the vetting and pricing of new trust business, including understanding the purposes of the trust, risks, and client expectations.
• Cross-selling of JPM products/services; develop strategies for increasing business with current clients.
