Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trust Administrator within the Global Trusts & Estates Practice to manage day-to-day administration of estate and trust accounts, ensuring proper setup and compliant execution.

You will liaise with beneficiaries, co-executors, and co-trustees under supervision, maintaining strong fiduciary standards. The role emphasizes risk management, client relationship management and ongoing professional development within a historic corporate fiduciary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates.
• Knowledge of fiduciary products, legal, tax and investments.
• Client servicing, client relationships and proactive communication.
• Teamwork and personal effectiveness; time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Open estate or trust accounts with the Account Opening Group.
• Interpret governing instruments and applicable law for proper account setup; communicate with beneficiaries and co-executors/co-trustees.
• Analyze wills and trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues.
• Manage day-to-day administration and minimize service/operational issues.
• Coordinate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Assist Trust Officer to maintain beneficiary information and fiduciary duties.
• Collaborate with other advisors to support client service and estate planning.
• Develop and deepen client relationships; participate in strategy on structuring, pricing and closing services.
• Support estates, family trusts, charitable trusts and Delaware trusts in collaboration with Wealth Advisors and other teams.
