Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Planning Manager / S&OP to lead end-to-end supply chain planning across a global business unit. You will drive the 5-step S&OP process, manage a planning team, and partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to deliver growth and efficiency.

You will report to the VP of Supply Chain and operate on a hybrid schedule, with substantial onsite presence in Houston, TX, and collaboration with teams in Allentown, PA; Charlotte, NC; and Palmetto, FL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
• Proven track record leading a 5-step S&OP process for commercial business.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated transformational leadership experience to support accelerating growth and dynamic mergers & acquisitions.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP MRP and ERP, preferably on Engineer to Order/Deal based business in discrete manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management to over deliver key metrics and execute with excellence.
• Drive alignment between Planning and all other supply chain & commercial teams to achieve success.
• Optimize internal processes to improve S&OP maturity to level 4.
• Conduct the orchestra across end-to-end supply chain to double the business with procurement, manufacturing, engineering.
• Facilitate the 5-step S&OP/IBP for rolling 24–36 months and ensure effective S&OE for immediate term.
• Partner with Business & Functional leaders to ensure global supply chain delivers exceptional results.
• Monitor demand, supply, inventory, and material requirement plans.
• Lead all Business Continuity Plans for planning to mitigate risk and enable quick recovery.
• Ensure delivery of inventory targets, PFEP, and reduction of aged inventory.
• Develop and drive the talent pipeline for planning roles, mentoring and coaching.
• Streamline work through digital transformation and new APS/ERP implementations.
• Connect with Planning COE at PT level to adhere to Global Design Models.
