This role partners with top priority development programs, de-risks launches, and drives early risk identification within a global matrix organization, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an R&D or Supply Chain environment.
• Professional project management certification (i.e., PMP, CPM, etc.) is preferred.
• Critical Chain Experience / Pro-Chain Certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Project is required.
• Proficiency with technology enabling tools including Visio, Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the highest priority new product development programs to de-risk and accelerate the launch of transformational new products.
• Proactively translate processes, knowledge, and expertise into specific solutions for individual teams during most impactful phases of the development program.
• Utilize exceptional facilitation and influencing skills to engage with development project team leaders, Therapy Area leaders, and functional stakeholders across J&J to enable project success, and to act as a champion for the Accelerando team.
• Support CDT leadership by helping them make informed and timely decisions using project management expertise.
• Leverage expertise in project management tools to support the generation of project plans and insights based on analyses and scenarios.
• Bring clarity to key activities through critical path analysis and ensure alignment with Planisware in PMO.
• Conduct threats and opportunities assessments to identify risks and acceleration opportunities.
• Drive best practices to high-value R&D initiatives and ensure readiness for execution.
• Identify gaps in cross-departmental processes and work to remove obstacles to execution.
• Proactively recommend new processes and enable technologies to improve team efficiency.
