Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Senior Director, Global Shared Services Business Development for a remote role. You will lead cross-regional programs, govern initiatives, and align stakeholders across Shared Services.

This senior role requires strong collaboration with Operations leaders and support functions to deliver end-to-end governance and transformational initiatives. You will drive partnerships, budgets and business cases, while ensuring proper prioritization and handover to sustainable

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-regional programs and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of operating models, transitions, service management and risk.
• Experience using enterprise project, portfolio, reporting and collaboration tools.
• Experience across multiple delivery centers or strategic service partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management team and business partnerships.
• Establish program management and documentation across the team.
• Coordinate between business partners and Shared Service Centers.
• Support budgets, pricing and business cases for Shared Services.
• Provide governance across locations and regional centers as appropriate.
• Oversee solution designs, mobilization, stabilization and handover.
