Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Global Program Manager II to lead a global travel program, overseeing client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and profitability across regions and accounts. You will manage product sales, budgets, billing, business planning, and periodic reviews.

This remote-friendly role requires strong industry experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to support top clients and drive growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Corporate/Business travel industry experience in client account management.
• Experience implementing & managing large market/global corporate travel clients.
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management, specifically adept in procurement.
• Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the coordination of all central communication across regions both BCD Travel and client's global initiatives or interests
• Formulate and manage multi-national business plan with client with the goal of increasing revenues, decreasing cost, better utilizing assets and reducing risk of client attrition
• Create and manage business improvement plans, as required
• Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
• Negotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual terms
• Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes
• Communicate customer operations requirements to all owned, partner and affiliate servicing locations
• Indirectly manage three regional program managers, one operations manager, and an analyst
