Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Global Program Manager II in the United States, with strong experience in managing global travel programs and client relations. You will oversee revenues, budgets, and strategic planning across regions, working with a global implementation team to meet client expectations, negotiate terms, and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Corporate/business travel industry experience in client account management.
• Experience implementing & managing large market/global corporate travel clients.
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management, specifically adept in procurement.
• Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central communication across regions for BCD Travel and client global initiatives.
• Formulate and manage multinational business plan to boost revenue, reduce costs, optimize assets, and minimize attrition risk.
• Create and manage business improvement plans as needed.
• Oversee implementation of new business with global implementation team to meet customer expectations.
• Negotiate client contract terms and ensure compliance with all contractual terms.
• Identify opportunities to leverage global technology tools and new processes.
• Communicate customer operations requirements to all servicing locations (owned, partner, affiliate).
• Indirectly manage three regional program managers, one operations manager, and an analyst.
