Job summary

Strada is seeking a Sr. Director, Sales Manager in the Global Payroll North America Group. You will lead a team of sales executives focused on Cloud Services and Global payroll and report to the Head of North America Sales.

You will drive revenue targets, collaborate with delivery and architecture teams, and shape strategic deals while expanding market presence and client partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence across all stages of consultative selling and pipeline management.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes with rigor and consistency.
• Broad knowledge of ERP/cloud landscape and Strada product/services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets for NA Managed Services, Global payroll and related services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leader and Solution Architecture leaders for alignment on opportunities.
• Coach and support sales executives on deal strategy, solutioning, and execution.
• Lead development of sales plans targeting high-potential organizations.
• Set and execute the sales strategy for designated focus areas.
• Craft compelling client offers and guide teams through complex sales cycles.
• Leverage internal selling resources at relevant stages of the sales process.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights across Strada Sales & Accounts.
