Job summary

Strada seeks a Sr. Director, Sales Manager to lead a team focused on Cloud Services and Global Payroll for North America.

You will drive revenue through strategic account development, coaching, and collaboration with delivery and architecture leaders to ensure successful service delivery. You will mentor sales executives in consultative selling, manage complex cycles, and craft compelling client offers while leveraging internal resources and tools to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

10 years of leading a sales team.
Experience with ERP/cloud technology.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to drive revenue in NA Managed Services and Global payroll.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual revenue targets for NA Managed Services, Global payroll and related services.
Collaborate with Delivery Leader and Solution Architecture to align on opportunities and delivery.
Coach and support a team of sales executives on deal strategy and execution.
Identify new markets and potential bundled offerings.
Lead development of sales plans targeting high-potential organizations.
Set and execute sales strategy for designated focus areas.
Demonstrate advanced sales strategy and guide teams through complex cycles.
Utilize sales tools effectively and optimize client costs of sale.
Gather market intelligence and share insights across the sales organization.
