Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP Certification and 15+ years in biotech/pharma or related industries.
• Proven leadership in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, planning, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements standard best practices, procedures, and guidelines for program/project management.
• Acts as advisor and provides project management training to staff.
• Manages direct reports, sets goals, and delegates tasks to enhance capability.
• Manages large, long-term projects and coordinates day-to-day operations.
• Forecasts budgets and manages changes in contract scope.
• Maintains master timelines and tracks progress against milestones.
• Provides progress reports to senior management and partners.
• Ensures resources and cross-functional alignment across projects.
