Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead client acquisition for Medical Affairs, Medical Information, MSL, and HCP engagement solutions. You will target emerging to mid-size biotech and pharmaceutical partners to drive revenue growth and position Uniphar as a trusted advisor.

You will cultivate senior-level relationships across Medical Affairs, HCP Marketing Leaders, COEs, Procurement, Operations and Analytics, shaping RFPs and pitch decks to win new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life sciences business development, medical affairs, or client services.
• Proven success in outbound sales and client acquisition in the healthcare or pharma sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
• Strong understanding of medical affairs, Medical Information, MSLs, and HCP engagement solutions.
• Excellent networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• You are a closer with an impressive track record of hitting seven-digit revenue-based growth goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated and confident in engaging senior decision-makers.
