Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical operations across Phase I–III trials in the US. You will serve as the primary liaison with CROs, vendors, site investigators, and internal PDT members to ensure trial progress, timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires coordinating study plans, documents, monitoring activities, and data quality, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of clinical trial management experience.
• Experience across Phase I–III and global trials.
• Experience managing CROs, service providers, and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage study activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee CRO activities and vendor performance.
• Lead internal study team meetings with cross-functional reps.
• Develop and maintain study documents and plans.
• Ensure data quality and protocol adherence; collaborate with data management.
• Provide regular status updates to Senior Management.
• Assist in vendor contracts and budget negotiations.
