Job summary

USP is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager in the United States to lead complex, cross-functional programs delivering strategic outcomes. The role demands exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

You will manage multi-project roadmaps, budgets, risks, and benefits, partnering with sponsors to realize business value in a dynamic pharmaceutical standards environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex business or technology programs.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and milestone schedules.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Drive governance processes, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business, technology, operational, and external partners.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Track program performance, budget, resource utilization, and benefit realization.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across program teams.
