Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Technical degree preferred).
• 12+ years of comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes, practices and technology across multinational environments.
• Experience leading large-scale process, technology, and capability transformations with measurable value outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global procurement digital strategy, process architecture, and core functional capabilities.
• Own and evolve the Procurement Strategic Framework to align with corporate strategy and value creation.
• Shape end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) and spend management strategy with global deployment.
• Lead technology, budget decisions, and measurable ROI for procurement transformations.
• Drive digital capabilities that simplify, automate, and standardize processes with data-driven insights.
• Oversee enterprise transformation programs delivering superior user experience and operational excellence.
• Ensure process standards are globally implemented across geographies and business units.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, and Audit to align policy, processes, and systems.
