Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Supply Chain - EDPS to shape and lead the global sourcing and procurement digital strategy. You will guide architecture decisions, drive value delivery, and enable supplier collaboration through modern platforms across the enterprise.

You will own end-to-end processes from Source-to-Contract to Invoice-to-Pay, ensuring global standards and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT and business units to accelerate transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years experience with Source-to-Pay and sourcing technologies.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SOURCE pillar roadmap aligned with enterprise digital transformation.
• Lead AI-driven procurement transformation for multi-billion dollar sourcing function.
• Govern end-to-end sourcing and procurement process blueprint and global harmonization.
• Provide technical leadership across ERP, procurement systems, and supplier platforms.
