Job summary

Solta Medical, a division of Bausch Health, seeks a Senior Director to establish global project management practices across R&D in Bothell, WA. You will work with executive leadership to keep programs on track, resourced, and budgeted, while guiding a portfolio of initiatives.

You will lead a team of project managers, drive portfolio prioritization, and collaborate with GSM and Finance to align initiatives with business strategy and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred; Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in program management, preferably in medical device / life sciences
• Proven track record of leading successful projects and strong leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for complex concepts
• PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for portfolio management and ensure alignment with company goals
• Drive portfolio prioritization and annual review with refined scoring and evaluation criteria
• Establish a centralized database for project status, milestones, and KPIs
• Collaborate with functions (e.g., GSM, Finance) to ground activities in business strategy and financial metrics
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and governance meetings
• Plan workforce and development needs for the team
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of project managers
