Job summary

Solta Medical, a division of Bausch Health, is seeking an Medical Affairs Project Manager for Aesthetic Medical Devices. The role coordinates IIS and sponsored studies, publications, vendor management, and budget tracking across global Medical Affairs teams.

Responsibilities span from ensuring GCP compliance to operational infrastructure, dashboards, and documentation, with an in-office hybrid schedule (3 days/week). Minimum 5 years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs Operations, Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, Project Management, or related healthcare industry roles.
• Experience supporting IIS, post-market studies, publication tracking, grants programs, or evidence-generation activities preferred.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and financial tracking.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and drive projects from initiation through completion.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience with SharePoint, Veeva, CRM systems, or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Financial Management: onboarding, contract administration, PO, invoice processing, payment tracking; budget tracking and reporting.
• Evidence Generation Programs: manage grants, IIS governance, milestones, and spend reconciliation.
• Publications & Scientific Communications: coordinate manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and timelines.
• Medical Affairs Infrastructure & Operations: dashboards, data repositories, and process documentation.
• Compliance & Operational Support: Sunshine/Open Payments, SOPs, cross-functional collaboration.
• Meeting & Conference Management: coordinate logistics as needed.
