Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning Systems & Processes to design, implement, and optimize global planning frameworks. You will lead ERP and planning-system integrations, build scalable processes, and drive data-driven decisioning across engineering, manufacturing, and finance.

The role requires 15+ years in planning and supply chain leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field.
15+ years of leadership experience in planning, supply chain, systems, or operations management.
10+ years leading teams that implement complex planning systems and practices.
Experience with ERP, WMS, MRP, analytics, and real-time tracking platforms.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, standardized digital planning capabilities.
Lead ERP, planning systems, and analytics integrations across the enterprise.
Build planning playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and deployments to align planning inputs/outputs.
Develop and mentor a high-performing planning systems and analytics team.
