Job summary

JAGGAER seeks a Senior Director / VP, Partner Alliances (Remote) to lead NA partner strategies and alliances in the SaaS space. You will collaborate with SIs, consultancies, and BPOs to drive revenue through co-sell motions and strong enablement.

Reporting to the SVP, Global Alliances, you will build joint business plans, drive partner engagement, and manage cross-border alliances while traveling ~30–40% to execute regional and international strategies.

Qualifications

10+ years in partner, alliance, channel management or business development roles.
5+ years managing alliances and channels in technology/SaaS.
Proven track record driving revenue through alliances with global/regional SIs, consultancies, procurement/BPO service providers.
Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems; experience designing complex partner solutions.
Procurement and/or supply chain technology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute partnership strategies and business development plans to drive growth.
Identify and track partner metrics and adjust strategy based on performance.
Manage North America–based partners and expand partnership impact.
Build joint go-to-market plans with measurable commercial results.
Lead enablement for partners, including training and sales support.
