Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or business field is required.
• MBA or higher education is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Financial Management.
• 6+ years of Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of raw materials handling, production processes and QC/QA.
• Strong planning, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Master Production Schedule is properly executed to meet deliveries and inventory targets.
• Oversee order handling from shipment initiation to invoicing and manage customs relations.
• Manage procurement for direct and indirect materials and supervise supplier portfolio and audits.
• Develop tools for expenditure monitoring and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance to meet quality and delivery requirements and discuss forecasts.
• Coordinate sales and operations planning (S&OP), forecasting, inventory, and on‑time delivery.
• Analyze inventories to increase turns, reduce waste, and improve service.
• Support engineering changes and new product launches for smooth transitions.
• Evaluate IT solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials and inventory.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain key supply chain contacts.
