• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the North American compliance organization.
• Provide guidance on a broad range of compliance matters.
• Oversee programs for export controls, sanctions, transportation, security, and related requirements.
• Lead internal audits, inspections, investigations, and disclosures.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, internal controls, and processes.
• Oversee third-party risk management and licensing.
• Deliver compliance training and communications.
• Monitor metrics and improve function efficiency.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and resolve risks.
• Support customer discussions on compliance when needed.
• Foster a culture of compliance as a trusted partner.
• Mentor compliance team members.
