Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Director, Origination & Underwriting Solutions Management to lead the global strategy and delivery for the Commercial Lending Origination and Underwriting portfolio. This executive will own end-to-end lifecycle, including AI-enabled capabilities, with responsibility for growth, client outcomes, and operational excellence across Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions.

Own portfolio financial performance including revenue growth, profitability, bookings, renewals, and recurring revenue expansion.
Define global vision, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle plans for origination and underwriting capabilities.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery governance from discovery to benefit realization.
Engage senior client stakeholders on origination modernization, underwriting operations, and AI adoption.
