Fiserv in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Lending Product Management to define product strategy and roadmap priorities for retail and commercial lending. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to translate investments into measurable outcomes.

You will lead Lending Client Advisory Groups, shape multi-year roadmaps across servicing, payments, collateral, documentation and core processing, and develop go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing to drive

Qualifications

10+ years in financial services or lending technology.
10+ years working with financial institutions across lending segments.
8+ years shaping product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for fintech.
8+ years translating market needs into measurable business outcomes.
Experience building business cases and presenting to executives.

Responsabilités

Define and drive multi-year lending roadmaps with client outcomes and adoption metrics.
Lead Lending Client Advisory Groups and executive client discussions.
Develop go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing.
Identify pilot and early-adopter clients for new lending capabilities.
Translate market, regulatory and competitive trends into product strategies and investments.
Collaborate with Engineering/Architecture to turn strategy into executable plans.
