Job summary

On Location is seeking a Senior Director to lead the catering and operational delivery for the LA28 Official Hospitality Programme. You will oversee planning, contract management, mobilisation, and demobilisation across venues, managing teams and vendor partners to deliver premium experiences.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale international sports events, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of global food and beverage standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale international sport events, preferably in hospitality catering operations.
• Fluency in English; currently resides or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA.
• Strong knowledge of international and localised food and beverage cultures for major events.
• Experience coordinating stadium environments with temporary hospitality structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement catering strategy and operations for the LA28 hospitality programmes.
• Lead venue teams, staff recruitment and training for designated venues.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contracting with service providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards across venues.
