On Location is seeking a Director for the Inglewood Cluster - Venue Operations & AVT to drive cross-functional hospitality operations for the LA28 Olympic Games. You will orchestrate planning, deployment and execution across competition venues, advancing unified Games-time readiness and a seamless client experience.

This role requires 10+ years in large-scale events, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale event operations or hospitality management.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-complexity hospitality programs under pressure.
• Right to live and work in the USA, specifically in the Los Angeles market.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for the Advance Venue Team in Inglewood for the LA28 Games.
• Coordinate with venue operations, hospitality delivery and transportation requirements.
• Develop integrated operational plans and ensure readiness for Games-time conditions.
